This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party resources. Here is what is collected, why, and for how long.
Data controller

Contact form
Data collected: name, email address, company (optional), message, page language, and two technical timestamps used to filter out automated submissions.
Purpose: replying to your request and, where relevant, preparing a proposal for an assignment.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for a request that is not about an assignment, the legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: three years after our last exchange, including the related emails. Submissions identified as automated are deleted within 30 days. Technical processing traces are erased within 14 days, and server backups are kept for 7 days.
Server logs
Like any web server, this one records for each request the IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and response code. These logs are used only for the security and proper operation of the site (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept for 90 days, then deleted.
Audience measurement
No audience measurement is in place on this site.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold or transferred. It is processed only by me and by the following technical providers, acting on my behalf:
- OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France): hosting of the server, in France.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace): email service.
Transfers outside the European Union
Site and form data stay in France. The email service (Google) may process data outside the European Union: please refer to its privacy policy.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, neither for audience measurement nor for advertising.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise them, write to contact@turnstrue.com; I reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
