A conversational AI software company, with customers waiting for new features, and a tech team to build.

The problem

An AI demo can be put together in a few days. A reliable service, used every day by customers, needs a team, processes and a standard of quality the company did not yet have.

What I did

Built and structured the tech team, in France and offshore.
Reworked project, quality and continuous integration processes end to end.
Integrated language models into the product: translation, semantic search, transcription, summarisation.
